Hi! My name is Dave Eckardt and welcome to Cuyuna Springs Cavaliers! I am located in Deerwood Minnesota, nestled in the heart of The Brainerd Lakes Area. A transplant from the proverbial rat race of northern New Jersey, it is here in the serenity of Minnesota's "God's Country", that I have chosen to live and raise what could very possibly be the sweetest little dog God ever created; THE CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL.
Pictured to the right is AKC CH FABIAS ABADDON, aka "Bruno". Bruno is currently enjoying a rather successful show career. I consistently show my dogs in AKC conformation events. I am a member of The Granite City Kennel Club and a founding member and officer of The Twin Cities Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club. I feel strongly that as a breeder of these wonderful little dogs, I have a responsibility to give back not only to my breed, but also to the organizations that encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred dogs.
